John Adam served in the U.S. Navy before earning a B.S. degree in Communication from Northwestern University. While working as an Institutional Asset Financial Reporting Analyst at the Harris Trust & Savings Bank in Chicago, John did course work at the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

John moved to Phoenix in 1985 and joined Kowalski Construction, Inc. He started there as the Financial Controller, then served as General Manager, and ultimately as President & CEO. During this time the company increased revenues over 1,500%, opened a branch office in Tucson, expanded to 5 divisions, and had a workforce of approximately 100 employees.

John left Kowalski Construction in 2001 and has since been available nationally as a business coach & consultant, meeting facilitator and speaker.

John specializes in helping people see the relationship between personal development and business results.
